For us, careful handling of personal data is of utmost importance. Personal data is therefore carefully processed, secured and treated confidentially by us. In doing so, we adhere to the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
Haus Jens is the data controller. Because our processing falls within the legal exemption regulations, it has not been notified to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose.

Recording and processing data
We only store and use personal data that is provided directly by you or which, when you provide it, it is clear that it will be provided to us. Personal data that is no longer needed will be deleted. You can also request inspection, amendment or deletion of data yourself. Please see the contact details below. We store personal data necessary for the provision of our services. This includes data required for invoicing or dispatch.
Security of personal data
We use strict security procedures, inter alia to prevent unauthorised access to personal data.
E-mail and newsletter
If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept as long as is necessary according to the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail for a complete response and handling.
We offer a newsletter through which we wish to inform interested parties about our services and related matters. Your e-mail address is added to the list of subscribers only with your explicit consent. Each newsletter contains a link through which you can unsubscribe. Under no circumstances will the newsletter subscriber file be provided to third parties.
