House rules
Dear guest,
Haus Jens will do everything possible to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. However, we would like to draw your attention to some house rules;
- Please use your flat with care as if it were your own. Should anything be broken or not clean, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Check-in is possible between 16.00 and 20.00. Check-out is possible until 9.00.
- The minimum age to check in is 18 years.
- Our building is non-smoking; if you wish to smoke, you can do so outside.
- With the key you can open the front door and your flat. If you should unexpectedly lose the key, we charge €65 to have it recreated.
-You cannot walk on the stairs with ski boots on. They can damage the floor and make it easy to slip.
- Bed linen and towels are provided (1 set per person). You can order extra against payment.
- We would like to ask you to consider the other guests as much as possible in terms of noise - quiet hours between 22:30 - 7:00.
- Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement and for a fee.
- In Austria, great care is taken to separate domestic waste. Next to the house behind the ‘wooden wall’ are the waste containers for residual waste, plastic and glass. You may collect plastic waste and cans in the yellow bag. If it is full, please ask for a new one.
- We will do the final cleaning, but you should leave the apartment swept clean, with the last of the dishes in the dishwasher. If the apartment is not left clean, extra cleaning costs may be charged.
- We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to tenant's personal belongings.
